Welcome to Crypso! By accessing or using our mobile application “Crypso”, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Crypso.

Crypso provides a social platform for users to share, discuss, and simulate cryptocurrency trading activities through paper trading. All information, commentary, and opinions provided on Crypso are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

Crypso does not provide personalized investment advice.
You acknowledge that any decisions made based on information from the App are your own and at your own risk.
Crypso is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on information presented on the platform.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to notify us of any unauthorized use.

Crypso is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in data, including but not limited to simulated trades or cryptocurrency prices.

You agree to indemnify and hold Crypso, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful conduct.
